What is the Cataract Self-Evaluation?

This Cataract Evaluation is a free online test that Eye Care Associates of New Jersey has provided to patients who may have cataracts. The evaluation asks a few simple questions, related to your vision symptoms to determine if you may have cataracts and are a likely candidate for cataract surgery.

What Can You Expect?

The evaluation will only take a couple minutes to complete. At the end of the evaluation, we’ll determine whether or not you may have cataracts and should come in for an evaluation of cataract surgery.
