Eye Care Associates of New Jersey accepts Medicare as well as many insurance plans. We’ll be happy to work with you in getting the vision care you need for you to fully enjoy your insurance benefits.

We also accept VSP Vision Care Plan.

Insurance plans we accept includes: Aetna, Amerihealth, BCBS Blue Card, Cigna, Emblem Health, Empire BCBS, First Health, Great West, HIP of NY, Harvard Pilgrim, Horizon BCBS, Humana, MagnaCare, Multiplan,Oxford Health, QualCare, United Healthcare – Direct, Horizon BCBS, and Oxford Health.

Out-of-Network Provider

If you don’t see your plan listed, it is possible that Eye Care Associates of New Jersey is an out-of-network provider for your plan. Kindly review your insurance benefits or call your plan administrator to see if you have an out-of-network benefit.

Flexible Spending Account – FSA

Flexible Spending Account is a type of savings participated by both employee and employer. Set up by the employer, a portion of an employee’s pre-payroll tax earnings is contributed to FSA to pay for qualified expenses within a year. In most cases, if left unused by the end of the plan year, such funds (with the exception of only $500 that can be carried over and accumulated for the next plan year) will be forfeited.

If you participate in a flexible spending account (FSA) through your employer, you can use your funds for LASIK Laser Vision Correction surgery or cataract surgery using premium Intraocular lenses (IOLs). You may also utilize your FSA to purchase optical lens, eyeglasses, contact lenses and even polarized sunglasses.
